This proffesional-information portal is focused on providing information on land consolidation, land (urban) planning, surveying, valuation and environmental protection. It primarily serves students of the Faculty of Construction and Architecture Faculty of Technical University as a teaching aid in technical courses (landscaping, land registry, property valuation, land use planning, land management and others), but also in preparation for the final state examination in bachelor and master degree programs.

Basic information about La-Ma:
Website LA-MA.cz has been founded by the Fund for the Development of University Education. The title of the grant sounds „Renew of websites about Land Management and Surveying with international study offers in surveying branch” and has been worked on during 2007, team led by Ing. Marie Kovandova. Substantional work has been done in year 2011, when actualisation and general update shifted the website into present state.
The current project was worked out by a team compounded by Ing. Kateřina Jusková, Ing. Jozef Vlasák and Ing. arch. Matej Kamenický. All these mentioned work at The Czech technical university in Prague at the Faculty of Civil Engineering.
Aims of the information service LA-MA:
- provide actual information on surveying, land management and related branches
- hold sites as a study material for courses about Land Consolidation
- ensure interdisciplinary cooperation and knowledge transfer
- address public, specialist in branch, students, and prospects students
- arrange contacts between academy and practice
